Update
New performance and retention reporting
An Annual Indicators Report lets facilities compare income and total revenue and examine percentage growth across reporting periods. The accompanying Retention Report is intended to show changes in member numbers and retention trends.
Managers can find the reports in the Reports area of the desktop application or online portal. The focus is on spotting revenue and membership patterns over time.
