Waiver signing with a photograph
A gym may request a selfie during the digital waiver signing process. The image is retained with the signed waiver, allowing reception to review the photograph alongside the signature and customer record. This is particularly relevant when forms are completed remotely or before a class or visit.
The purpose is to help staff notice a waiver completed under the wrong profile or signed by someone else. A selfie adds a review aid; it is not a formal identity verification service.
